Hub Workwear ships products across Australia using trusted courier and postal partners.
Shipping Cost
Standard Shipping: $14.95 Flat Rate
Shipping charges for customised, embroidered, printed, or decorated garments may vary based on order size, weight, and destination. Any additional shipping costs will be communicated during the quoting process.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability.
Some products may be sourced from supplier warehouses and may require additional processing time. If there are any significant delays, our team will contact you as soon as possible.
Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
Metro & Regional Areas: 2–5 business days
- P.O. Boxes, Parcel Lockers & Parcel Collect Addresses: 7–15 business days
- Work Boots & PPE Orders: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to stock availability, courier delays, weather conditions, remote locations, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email where available.
Delivery Information
Most deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Delivery requirements may vary depending on the courier and delivery location.
If no one is available to accept the delivery, your parcel may be redirected to the nearest post office, collection point, or courier depot for collection.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.
Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Return to Sender
If an order is returned to Hub Workwear due to non-collection, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect address being supplied, a return-to-sender fee may apply.
Any courier charges incurred, including the current return-to-sender fee of approximately $12.00, may be deducted from any applicable refund or charged before re-dispatch. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for further details.
